Inland Family Success Center is a community-based, family-centered neighborhood gathering place where any community resident can go for family support, information, and services. The Family Success Center’s goal is to enrich the lives of children and adults by making families stronger and empowering them to succeed.
At the Family Success Center you can learn new skills, share your talents, participate in activities, lead workshops, and meet others in your community. The center offers a variety of FREE educational workshops and activities for all ages in Atlantic County.

Alisa Guenther- Program Supervisor
Alisa is the program supervisor for Inland Family Success Center. Her interests include school bullying prevention, advocating for the homeless and being a referral provider to residents of Atlantic County. Alisa is responsible for program planning, implementation and coordination of service activities. Alisa oversees all aspects of Inland FSC operations and has the responsibility of program evaluation and oversight.
Dalila Martinez- Family Partner
Born in New York City and raised in South Jersey, Dalila is a bilingual family partner well versed in diversity throughout our community. Dalila earned her Bachelor’s degree at Stockton University in Communications with a minor in Public Relations and has a passion for children, education, and public health. Dalila has experience focusing on childhood education, writing in advertising and media, and care giving to both children and the elderly. She is an Egg Harbor Township local and is an avid writer, and photographer.
Angela Collado - Volunteer & Community Partnership Coordinator
Angela is the volunteer and community event coordinator at our center. She is a very compassionate and charismatic person. She is interested in programs that reduce socioeconomic disparities and improve the health of the community. Angela previously worked helping at risk teenagers as language and academic support staff and she also worked as a Community Health worker with the New Jersey Improving Pregnancy Outcomes grant. Angela earned an Associate's Degree in Health Services from Atlantic Cape Community College and a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from Southern New Hampshire University. She worked in the healthcare field for nearly ten years.
Inland Family Success Center is part of a state-wide network of Family Success Centers funded by the New Jersey Department of Children and Families through Atlantic County and operated by Center For Family Services. Community involvement and shared responsibility influence the development and implementation of programs and activities.
