Inland Family Success Center is a community-based, family-centered neighborhood gathering place where any community resident can go for family support, information, and services. The Family Success Center’s goal is to enrich the lives of children and adults by making families stronger and empowering them to succeed.
At the Family Success Center you can learn new skills, share your talents, participate in activities, lead workshops, and meet others in your community. The center offers a variety of FREE educational workshops and activities for all ages in Atlantic County.

Alisa Guenther- Program Supervisor
Alisa is the program supervisor for Inland Family Success Center. Her interests include school bullying prevention, advocating for the homeless and being a referral provider to residents of Atlantic County. Alisa is responsible for program planning, implementation and coordination of service activities. Alisa oversees all aspects of Inland FSC operations and has the responsibility of program evaluation and oversight.
Karli Bennett - Family Partner
Karli is a dynamic, energetic, and creative individual who can work directly with families in assisting them to achieve their goals. Karli develops and facilitates events designed to instruct, inform, and strengthen individuals and families towards attaining self-sufficiency. Karli's degree in Family and Child Studies provides her with a unique perspective. She understands the importance of working with children and families to build the family dyanmic. Having a certificate in Child Advocacy and Policy provides her with insight to build a holistic environment for families. Karli's is an advocate for the health of all mothers and babies. She comes from a large family and recognizes the importance of building family bonds.
Nicole Worth - Family Partner
Nicole is a dynamic, energetic, and creative individual who can work directly with families in assisting them to achieve their goals. Nicole obtained her position through a university community partner of New Day. Her determination and experience in service learning projects made her an impeccable fit to be a family partner. She develops and facilities events designed to instruct, inform and strengthen individuals and families towards attaining self-sufficiency. She is a dance instructor and understands the power of fitness, health and nutrition. Nicole is an avid believer of both fun and fitness!
Inland Family Success Center is part of a state-wide network of Family Success Centers funded by the New Jersey Department of Children and Families through Atlantic County and operated by Center For Family Services. Community involvement and shared responsibility influence the development and implementation of programs and activities.
